They went above and beyond to make sure my computer was in perfect condition after a liquid cooling system failure resulting in leaked fluid on my motherboard and into my graphics card. They replaced my cooling system and did a thorough clean and repair of damaged components.

My Lenovo laptop that was less than 1 year old stopped working (loop of Microsoft blue screens of death) and these guys were able to recover all my data from it. It took days of effort to do it but they charged me the originally quoted amount that was very reasonable especially when compared to other places like Best Buy. I would highly recommend their services. Data recovery is not cheap but their pricing is good and they seem like honest, hard working people the really value their customers.
